Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will accept the return of goods within a 7 days time with proof that you have purchased the item from us with the following conditions:
- Items are suitable for resale, excluding helium balloons, Inflated balloons, Air Inflated items, unpackaged latex balloons, costume, costume accessory, wigs, masks, makeup, undergarments or hosiery due to health regulations of these items;
- Items are not large quantity;
- Items do not have life;
- Items are purchased within a reasonable time range;
- Items are not helium cylinder or gas;
- Items are not discounted in any way,
- You need to make sure all parts of a product are returned together.
You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased are defective without a discounted price (the defect not being caused by you) within 24 hours notice by e-mail or phone; or do not match the description or sample provided by us; or do not do what they are supposed to or what we said they would. If you prefer, we will exchange, credit or repair the goods where possible.
You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind, make a wrong choice or do not use some of the products. You are able to get a credit voucher valid for six months from that day once we accept the goods or exchange.
We are not responsible for Inflated balloons or any arrangement that is damaged or destroyed directly or indirectly by you when under your care.
We reserve the right to consider whether you are entitled to a refund, exchange or a credit voucher. And we also reserve the right for all explanation.

Cancellation/Change of Order Policy
You are not entitled to a refund if you cancel or change your order, make a wrong choice of the products. You are able to get a credit voucher valid for six months from that day once we accept the cancellation or change of order.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply prior to 48 hours with credit voucher.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as helium filled balloons, air filled balloons, special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll process refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
