Please read our terms and conditions carefully.

You consent to receive communications from us via e-mails, phone or posting notice on this site. All of the content on this site is covered by Australian, international copyright and trademark laws and is the property of  The Party Superstore.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your account and password and responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Party Superstore and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. The Party Superstore do not take responsibility and liability for any content posted by you to a third party.

The Party Superstore does not warrant all product descriptions of this site or guarantee contents are complete or error-free. We do not guarantee stock levels, please call or e-mail us to confirm. You can place an order by phone or e-mail with at least 50% deposit and pick up on the day you want with full payment. The easiest way is to pay in full when you place an order and pick up straight away.

Delivery information
Delivery price will vary, depending on suburb, please call for a quote. Please note, delivery on a Sunday starts at $50.

Return & Refund
We will accept the return of goods within a reasonable time with proof that you have purchased the item from us with the following conditions:

  • Items are suitable for resale, excluding costume, costume accessory, wigs, masks, makeup, undergarments or hosiery due to health regulations of these items;
  • Items are not large quantity;
  • Items do not have life;
  • Items are purchased within a reasonable time range;
  • Items are not helium cylinder or gas;
  • Items are not discounted in any way,
  • You need to make sure all parts of a product are returned together.

You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased are defective without a discounted price (the defect not being caused by you) within 24 hours notice by e-mail or phone; or do not match the description or sample provided by us; or do not do what they are supposed to or what we said they would. If you prefer, we will exchange, credit or repair the goods where possible.

You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind, make a wrong choice or do not use some of the products.You are able to get a credit voucher valid for six months from that day once we accept the goods or exchange.

We are not responsible for balloons or any arrangement that is damaged or destroyed directly or indirectly by you when under your care.

We reserve the right to consider whether you are entitled to a refund, exchange or a credit voucher. And we also reserve the right for all explanation.
