** Upgrade 11″ (30cm) Latex Helium Balloons with ULTRA HI-FLOAT with $0.50 per balloon extra. It is a patented liquid plastic solution (Safe, nontoxic and biodegradable) that dries inside latex helium-filled balloons to form a coating that helps hold in the helium. For example, an untreated 11″ (30cm) latex balloon will float for up to 12-15 hours, while one treated with ULTRA HI-FLOAT will float for up to 7 days depending on weather conditions.
